It’s been 10 weeks since school broke up for the longest holiday ofthe academic year in Kenya.
And at Happy House our children are eager to get back to class.
They’ve had a busy time with lots of fun and Christmassy things whilst also helping out around the house and garden and catching up on some revision.
But they’ve missed their friends and the challenges of school.
This week, which marks the start of a new school year, means most will be moving up a class and having a new teacher and new timetable to get used to.
Edward and his brothers and sisters have spent the weekend making sure they have uniforms and bags ready and shoes polished.
