Members of our Happy House School Scout group are on an exciting adventure.
Led by their group Scout leader, teacher Mr Reuben,a group of eight are spending the weekend the Founderee Camp at Kijiwetanga, near Malindi.
Founderee celebrates the birth on February 22, 1857, of Lord Robert Baden Powell who founded the Scout movement and who ended his days in Kenya when he died in 1941 and was buried in Nyeri Cemetery.
Our scouts left yeserday will be staying at camp enjoying testing the skills they have learnt and meeting scouts from other areas and will return home tomorrow.
