Happy House School head teacher, Mr Dan, is thrilled that our Grade 8 students came fourth in schools in the region teaching Mandarin.
As there is so much trade with China in Kenya, we decided some time ago to offer Mandarin as a language in our school and it has been a huge success.
Not only do our students enjoy it, they are also proving to be good at it.
Now we are accredited to teach Mandarin we will be able to provide lessons to younger children which is an exciting prospect for the future.
