Our children at Happy House will be having a really special Christmas – Papa Dave is determined it will be as memorable as every one they’ve had before. ,Losing Mama Sue so suddenly and so tragically in the summer has been heartbreaking for everyone, especially Papa, but as her beloved husband he wants Christmas to be just as Mama would have wanted it to be. ,In this video he outlines our plans to celebrate. ,The children don’t breakup from school until the 23rd, so it has been decided to delay our big Christmas party day until the 28th. ,On Christmas Day they will have a special lunch, but the big day, when Santa will deliver, will three days later. ,This means we can ensure that as many of our staff members as possible will be able to be at home celebrating with their own families – for some that means travelling long distances. ,As the children have a very short break for Christmas, they will have a beach party on January 9th the celebrate the new year.
