Our Happy House team has a new member, Auntie Elina, who is a social worker. ,We have managed without a social worker since Uncle Ronald left and throughout the pandemic but Papa and the management team agreed that it was time to appoint someone new. ,Auntie Elina is a qualified social worker who is repected by the children’s office at Malindi and her job will be to work on any issues of welfare affecting the children in our care as wel as sourcing birth certificates and other information we may be required to have. A job that can prove very difficult indeed. ,She will also be working with our management trainee Evans and will be helping him in his training. ,Papa Dave is keen for all our friends and supporters to know what is going on at Happy House and here he is very happy to introduce you to Elina. We’re sure she will soon become a very familiar face on on blog. ,Welcome Auntie Elina, we hope you will be very happy indeed.
