We are still waiting to hear whether our application to open a new bank account has been successful.
Like everything official, it takes time which is frustrating for our Happy House because our charity, our children’s home, depends on the income we receive from the generous people who sponsor our children or make donations.
Our treasurer and trustee, Chloe Groves, and trustee vice-chairman, Philip Marshall have worked tireless to put together the application and to answer any questions that the bank raised.
So we are stuck in a waiting game, as Papa Dave reports ,and we thank you and ask you to be patient as we are having to be.
