The children at Happy House have had lots of tasty food to eat over the Christmas holiday. In this video they are having mashed potatoes and a tasty savoury mince for lunch on Christmas Day. Our late Mama, and Papa, wanted to introduce our family to something beyond the traditional local foods and our cooks have been thrilled, over the years, to try new things. The children love fluffy mashed potatoes and the mince was made to Papa’s directions and as eevryoen cleared their plates it must have been good!
