Chicken pilau and fresh fruit (ripened in the Kenya sunshine) were served up for Christmas lunch at the Happy House. They’re always top choices for the children who are allowed to choose what dish they would like on the big day. Chicken is a delicacy and so always a top choice. As usual it went down very well indeed after a busy morning of Christmas fun and games.
