Harry is thrilled with the way his crop of water melons is coming on.He planted them from seed and hastaken great care to ensure they’ve been watered when needed and that the plot has been weed free. Now he has some healthy fruits developing and is looking forward to when they’ll be ready for eating and to share with the Happy House family.Harry is growing too, he’s a happy, healthy and bright boy who throws himself enthusiastically into activities around the house. On Sunday, he will 12 years old,Harry was a newborn baby when he was found in in carrier bag on a tip in Malindi. Doctors estimated that he was eight weeks premature because was so tiny.He spent weeks in hospital with Happy House, which was contacted by the hospital, paying for everything he needed. All efforts to find his mother were fruitless, and so he came to join our family at the Happy House.Bringing him home was such a happy day for Mama Sue who decided to name him Harry – a tribute to her late dad, Harold. He has absolutely flourised in our family – much like his melons in his garden. We are so very proud of him.
