It’s Christmas and that means a welcome visit from friends Peter and Joanne Reid. ,Peter, a trustee of our charity, and Joanna like to make at least one visit a year to their beloved Watamu and their second family at the Haappy House. ,Their journey from Lytham, Lancashire, was going beautifully until they reached the airport in Mombasa and their luggage did not. ,It was a real worry as they had received so many donations of gifts for our children from their friends and associates. ,So when they werew finally reunited with their bags there was a chance to unpack and say thank you to everyone for their kindness. Every itemis much needed and greatly appreciated.
