Quite a bit when you get your public holidays mixed up.
Last week I reported that the family had been home from school for Heroes Day, writes our UK coordinator Elizabeth Gomm.
It was actually Utamaduni Day which honours the late president Daniel Moi and celebrates public service.
was all my fault that t was wrong. Heroes Day, which honours those who fought for independence from Great Britain, was this week and that meant another day off school and everyone was pretty pleased about that, Brian included.
