Running a kitchen that feeds all the children living in the care of Happy house, plus all those who attend our school takes some doing. Cook Auntie Caro has a new assistant, Uncle Baya, who she is teaching to cook. In this video they are in our outdoor kitchen making a very popular Kenyan dish, rice and beans.
