Chicken pilau is always the first choice for any special lunch at Happy House. It’s the children’s favourite and so it is that they chose for Christmas lunch. ,As we try to ensure as many of our staff members get to spend Christmas at home with our families, our older children offered to help in the kitchen and to serve lunch in the dining room. ,And meant there was an extra helping of love in every portion!
