Papa Dave and the Happy House family are just thrilled that one of our charity trustees, Chris Franklin, is back for a visit with friends Zoe and Phil. Engergetic and infectiously enthusiastic, Chris is spending time away from his own charitable project , Caenhill Countryside Centre in Devizes, to work with Happy House and the community in Watamu that he knows well. Chris is showing Evans, our management trainee, and Mr Christone, our IT man, ways in which they can improve our social media presence in the hope of attracting donations plus more much needed sponsors for our children. Costs are rising in Kenya as much as they are here and the downturn in the encomy is affecting us badly. Chris, who has been involved with our charity for many, many, years, was a good friend to our late Mama Sue from the earliest days of her charity work in Kenya and remains a good friend of Papa Dave. He has extenisive knowledge of photography, videography and IT so he is just the man we need to give us a leg up. He is also working towards revamping our website.
