Traditional Chrsitmas pud is not something we run to at Happy House but we do make sure our family have a dessert to delight. ,And for our children that’s two treats served together – a tropical fruit salad, made from Kenya grown fruits in season, with a generous portion of ice cream ,Our thanks to local supermarket, Blue Marmalade, for their donation of three large tubs of ice cream. It went down well!
