Some of our older Happy House kids had a delayed return to school this week because of a strike by teachers.
The strike, branded as illegal,split teachers unions and caused confusion for both teachers and parents as students were due to start the third and most important term of their school year. It affected public secondary schools.
Brian Hayward was one of our kids affected but he didn’t waste the day, he was given the task of helping in the Happy House garden making sure the plants were watered.
