Uncle Julius, one of our Happy House ground staff, has been working hard in the greenhouse ready to transplant tomatoes. He has been preparing the seedbed so that it will be ready for a new crop of tomatoes which will grow alongside spinach and kale. Everything we grow goes straight to the kitchen when it is harvested ready to feed our hungry and growing family.
