Probably our most frequent visitor, DawnHeather White is back in Watamu to see our Happy House family. Auntie DawnHeather to our family, she’s always welcome and, now a trustee of our charity, hugely helpful to Papa Dave. Auntie DawnHeather, from Bangor in Northern Ireland, is delighted to see how the children she knows, some she has known for most of their lives, have grown and changed and they are pleased to tell her their news and how they are doing at school. She has very kindly brought with clothing which can be used as part of the children’s Christmas presents. Since Covid brought a reduction in the number of travellers, we miss all the lovely things they would bring for our family and which we could store away to use when needed or for Christmas.
